Point Break is an amazing ‘bad’ movie; where it’s cheesy in all the right places but wins you over with its performances and earnestness. It also is amazingly directed by Kathryn Bigelow and has at its core, this deeply compelling relationship between Keanu Reeves’ Johnny Utah and Patrick Swayze Bodhi.
It’s such a good movie, it was ripped off note for note by 2001’s The Fast and the Furious.
